Print Information

All prints for sale on “Portraits In Chrome” are of original artwork created by artist Lory Lockwood. Made in the USA, prints are signed, numbered and produced under the artist’s supervision.

Artwork is printed on archival 100% acid-free rag paper or archival cotton canvas using archival inks.  Additionally, UV spray is used to protect and preserve paper prints and a final varnish is used on the canvas prints.

Paper prints have a white border around all sides to facilitate framing. The image sizes vary according to the dimensions of the original paintings.

All print orders include FREE SHIPPING within the USA.

Canvas prints are stretched and gallery wrapped, ready to hang (no framing needed).

With proper care – such as limiting exposure to sun and moisture – these prints will have an archival life similar to watercolors and drawings – 100 years.

Paper print editions are limited, typically to 200 copies, and canvas editions are much smaller.

A certificate of authenticity is available upon request.

Shipping Method 

Prints are carefully packed in either padded cardboard boxes or strongboxes depending on size. Large paper prints are shipped in tubes or in flat boxes.

We ship all artwork via priority mail, with tracking confirmation. Delivery times vary, but you can typically expect to receive your print(s) within 7-12 days of your order.

Online: All Major credit cards are accepted in addition to Paypal.

Pay by Mail: Checks or money orders are also accepted.
